Today [FiVerity](https://www.fiverity.com/) announced both the official launch of the company and the commercial availability of its latest AI-powered anti-cyber fraud product, [SynthID® Detect](https://fiverity.com/synthid-detect/). These announcements were made online at the [ACFE Anti-Fraud Leadership Summit](https://events.acfe.com/session_catalog/#/attendee/11695036-B1FB-4FFD-9F2C-D8361D36E7A3/catalog), the premier event for fraud leaders hosted by the industry’s largest anti-fraud organization.

**SynthID® Detect **helps banks, credit unions, credit card providers and other financial service providers fight synthetic identity fraud (SIF) by recovering 35% of previously undetected fraud.

The team is very proud of this announcement. It’s a great accomplishment after months of research, product planning and engineering, customers implementations, marketing prep and much more. **Woot Woot**!

FiVerity and **SynthID® Detect **is gaining strong customer adoption with its new solution. Many types of financial institutions need new tools to fight SIF – the fastest-growing type of cyber-fraud, projected to cost financial services firms $12 billion this year.
